Lapband and O-Band Surgery Boot Camp

workout_001I designed a special boot camp for weight challenged people. This program contains lower impact exercises. This is great for people who don't feel comfortable at the gym. My patients do walks and stretching, along with some yoga, Pilate exercises, utilizing light weights and resistance bands. I have some fun games to do so it doesn't even feel like you're working out. I play some fun music along with the workout. I know that some centers send their clients to Curves gym. That gym is for women only. They do a few exercises then switch. That can get boring. This boot camp is co-ed, and everyone will be at a similar level so no one feels left behind. Everyone makes friends and gains self confidence. For your convenience I can do a boot camp near your surgery center.

 

What to Bring to Class

  • yoga mat
  • small towel
  • bottle of water
  • 2 dumbbells-5lb. for girls and 8lb.or 10lb. for guys
  • smiles
